• The mobile number or email address provided at registration must be verified.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for KYC verification.
• To update your account details, please contact our support team.

Kf77 reserves the right to verify or suspend any account at its discretion. Withdrawals of funds deposited during an ongoing verification may be temporarily placed on hold.

3. Age Verification & Eligibility

Members must be at least 18 years of age to register and place bets on kf77. The platform's services are strictly prohibited for anyone under 18.

• Your date of birth must be entered accurately at the time of registration.
• Kf77 may request age verification on any account it deems suspicious.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
• Only individuals residing in Bangladesh are eligible to become kf77 members.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Kf77 supports several mobile banking methods for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 200 (two hundred taka).
• Deposits are generally instant; processing delays may take up to 15 minutes in rare cases.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted; funds must be withdrawn to your own account.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus and promotion offers at kf77 are subject to specific wagering requirements. Accepting a bonus means you accept the terms attached to that offer.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met (each offer states its own conditions).

• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the promotional offer expires.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to Sports Betting, bingo, and all other games available on kf77:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a live cash-out option is available.
• Bets placed before odds are updated will be settled at the odds in effect at the time the bet was placed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, kf77 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
